Linda uses DSM-5 criteria to screen for things like anxiety disorders, depression, chronic stress, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and similar conditions in a compassionate and judgment-free space.

She also reviews your mental health history, usual diet, and other lifestyle habits. She discusses any medications (including weight loss medications) or dietary supplements you might take.
